We are delighted to receive a donation from Ramsbottom District Scout Council.

Claire Smith, one of our Committee Members, was presented with a cheque by the Acting District Commissioner, Neil Gorton, at the AGM at the Castle Armoury in Bury. The donation was from a collection at the St George’s Day Parade and we were chosen by the District as a local charity involving children and young people. We are really grateful for this recognition and generous donation.

Many scouts and cub scouts from a local Scout Group in Greenmount recently came to Margaret Haes Riding Centre for riding lessons and games! We had so much fun! Hoping many more will come in the future too! Let us know if you want to ride or volunteer.
